We'll meet for a 90 minute session, after reviewing what you'd like to talk about so we can hit the ground running.

After the session, I'm here for you via email and your dedicated portal to continue sharing notes, reviewing documents and offering support so you can keep momentum going!

Who is a one-off session for? 🤔
Ideally it's for someone I've worked with before. Perhaps you're a youth mentor, a past gentle business coaching client or someone I've connected with in another space before. If not, I recommend booking in for a quick, complimentary chat first (you can do that here) so we can make sure this is the best fit for you.
A one-off session is great for focusing on one offering that we can work on together, a problem you're trying to solve or 'next level' planning. It's amazing how much we can get into during 90 minutes and how much can continue to shift and progress after the call together.

Why work with me? 🤔
I'm an award-winning business coach who has spent years coaching folks in the youth space and in business more broadly (from yoga teachers, to corporate folks making the switch to solopreneur life, to coaches and creatives). With a Bachelor in Business Management, a life of constant learning (from marketing to feminist business practices) and having recently celebrated 13 years in business with Shine From Within, I can hold a gentle space for you to explore what’s next and provide practical tools and strategies to get you into action.
I also recently won International Coach of the Decade! 🏆
My approach is gentle and understanding (someone recently said I'm like a therapist for her business 😅), as I've always had to build my business being mindful of capacity, and am introverted and neuro-divergent.
