This workshop series includes: 

• Three live classes on Zoom and the replays. You don't have to come live - it's the act of committing, coming to something live if you can or watching the replays in your own pockets of time and taking action as a small, devoted group that will get you into action. 
• A detailed workbook and planning spreadsheet to help you sketch out your own event over the weekend - everything from budgeting to marketing included as well as what we know works for engaging workshops that support teens where they are right now.
• Two weeks of support in a Pop Up Group where you can refine your ideas, ask questions and get feedback from Amanda. 

In this workshop series, I'm bringing the latest research, along with 2 decades of mentoring experience, to share with you what we're seeing here at Shine From Within so you can cut through all the noise and create something GREAT. I can't wait to see what you develop!

Hi, I'm Amanda Rootsey! 👋🏽 

I've been mentoring teens and tweens for over 20 years and training youth mentors for a decade. There are 2.3 - 2.4 billion young people (0 -18 yrs old) in the world right now and I believe they all deserve a well-equipped, nurturing mentor. They need spaces to connect with themselves and each other in preventative, non-clinical settings. 

I've trained hundreds of people like you in over 30 different countries to be great youth mentors and build their own programs and businesses. Everyone does it differently and I LOVE helping folks find their version of success and fulfilment.
